Refund policy
Janine would like to thank you for supporting her music and merch! As a small, independent operation, we are unable to offer refunds, but do accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are accepted for unused, unworn, and unwashed items only.
- All exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact janine@micromerch.com and we will be happy to assist you with the process.
